This higher end sail boat is owned by sailing enthusiasts that have taken great care of her. Anything that can or should have been done to make your day at sea perfect and worry free has been repaired or better yet replaced with new. She is in the water currently and can be test run anytime. A new bigger sail boat has already been purchased so this one needs a new owner. The current owners are more that willing to negotiate price and to offer advice and or lessons to beginners if needed. This is the perfect boat for the new sailor looking for an overnighter in great shape to spend those long weekends aboard at your favorite location or the seasoned sailor just looking for something newer and nicer. She's has been and is a great boat. Marina maintained and stored indoors over winters to keep her looking great. Universal M18 motor runs very well. Interior is clean, Bottom is in great shape and just recently painted. Cushions are clean. Main and Roller furling Jib in good condition and serviced yearly. Has Spinnaker. Owners updated the electronics recently with a new Garmin GPS system and more.
