Yankee has a very timeless design that sets it apart from most of the boat on the dock. On the exterior the boat features a generous use of teak including decks and trim. The interior has a very unique layout with a large circular dinette with a bi-fold table on the centerline. Forward is a cabin with sleeping for two. Moving aft the galley is located on the port side and the head is on the starboard side. Moving all the way aft there is a quarter berth with a navigation station on the port and a private double stateroom across on the starboard side. The interior like the exterior features a generous use of teak.
The boat has always been a fresh water boat. The first three owners kept the boat in the Charlevoix, MI area and the present owner has kept her on Lake Michigan for over twenty years.
