This 2013 Cheoy Lee 76 Alpha is an over engineered, high performance yacht that features twin Caterpillar C32 1902hp engines that give her a top speed of 37 knots and a cruise speed of 31 knots. She comfortably sleeps 6 guests including a full beam master cabin, spacious VIP, and bunk room. She also has a private crew cabin back aft that sleeps 2. Notable features are the open floor plan, excessive use of glass, hidden jacuzzi on the aft deck, and tender garage. Great for entertaining with seating both on the aft deck, fly bridge & bow which has easy access with full walk arounds featuring teak decks. Professionally maintained by a full time captain & crew, Rockwater is an excellent value and looks just as good doing 37 knots as she does cruising down the ICW at idle.
Walkthrough
Starting on the teak swim platform you have direct access to your tender garage. To port & starboard you have stairs up to the aft deck which features seating for 6 with 2 high-low tables that adjust with the push of a button. All the way aft is a large bunny pad for sunbathing and hidden beneath is a jacuzzi large enough for 4 adults. The teak decks continue all the way to the bow with full walk arounds and stainless steel railings. Once on the bow you have seating for 6, sun pads, escape hatch from the VIP cabin below, and access to your chain lockers & anchor controls. Stepping inside from the aft deck you pass through 2 large glass doors which can be left open and the slide away combining the exterior & interior spaces into one. The entire superstructure has a large amount of built in glass windows & sunlight. The main salon has a pop up tv, built in wet bar & glass/bottle storage, and seating for 6-8. Moving forward you have 3 captains chairs and a gorgeous floating glass bridge. Guest accommodations consist of a full beam master cabin located aft with en-suite & walk in closet. Forward you have a day head opposite of the bunk cabin and VIP en-suite down the companionway towards the bow. Access to the engine room & crew accommodations are from the aft deck. The engine room is is huge and has, easy access to all machinery, and a water tight door to the en-suite crew cabin that sleeps 2. It's a great layout and very impressive for those who are engineer minded or owner operators.
