Accommodations

Main Salon:

The spacious and well-lit main salon features a helm station forward with a sliding pilothouse door to starboard and a large linear galley to port. Aft of the galley is a bench seat with an extendable footlocker allowing it to be used as a single bunk. To starboard is the comfortable L-shaped dinette with the original Grand Banks folding leaf table, above which hangs a classic brass hurricane oil lamp that has been converted to LED. Other notable features of this delightful and practical living space include a built-in bar featuring a liquor cabinet, original Grand Banks brass sconces, a Seth Thomas tide clock and barometer, the original Grand Banks brass manufacturer's plate, warm honey teak cabinetry, and parquet floors. The galley features a Force 10 3-burner stove with oven, an Isotherm refrigerator, and a single stainless-steel sink with hot and cold pressure water and an in-line Brita water filter

Guest Cabin:

Going forward and down two steps from the main salon is the guest cabin with a v-berth, hanging locker and dedicated head featuring a single sink with hot and cold pressure water, a fresh water Vacuflush toilet and an integral flexible wand shower with teak grate floor.

Owner's Cabin:

Stepping aft from the main salon, down two steps is the owner's cabin featuring a double berth to starboard with a 6' mattress and a single berth to port. The owner's head features a large mirror on the forward bulkhead that accentuates the sense of space, a single sink with hot and cold pressure water, a freshwater Vacuflush toilet, and an integral flexible wand shower with a teak grate floor.

Flybridge:

The generous flybridge features a winter cover, a bimini, and lee cloths on the upper handrails. Dual fore and aft facing seats to starboard and single fore and aft facing seats to port provide ample seating for crew and guest while underway and at anchor.

On Deck:

Weather decks are made of teak and are in excellent condition, with plenty of thickness and no evidence of seam or bung failure. Cap rails and handrails have all recently been varnished with eight coats of Awlwood and are protected by canvas covers.
